ClinicStudio

Build the whole clinic week
before you live it.

Lay out every provider's day, test it against the patterns that break real clinics, and hand your front desk a schedule that holds. One click builds the week.

Free while we are in early access. We ask for an access code so we can keep up with feedback, and we send it the same day.

An empty five-day clinic week fills in after one click, appointments placing by visit type, ending on a result line that reads 58 visits placed, no double-booking, front desk peak two per hour.
One click, and the week builds itself in front of you, then tells you what it did: visits placed, zero double-bookings, and where the front desk will be busiest.

The problem it solves

Most clinic templates were built once, years ago, by someone who has since left. Then the visit types changed, a provider was added, and nobody rebuilt the grid. The result is a day that runs late by 10:30 and a waiting room that never recovers.

ClinicStudio lets you lay out the week deliberately: how many of each visit type, how long each one takes, which provider and which office it lands in, and where the gaps fall. Then it scores the template against the rules that actually cause a day to fall apart, so problems surface on the screen instead of in the hallway.

How it works

01

Set up in minutes

Type in your website and it picks up your colors, logo, and providers. Tell it how many of each visit type each provider sees, morning and afternoon.

02

Build the week

One click lays out every provider on an even cadence, balances the load across days, and keeps two of the same visit type off the same minute. A live scorecard flags what would run a day behind.

03

Print or export it

A one-page sheet for each doctor's week, a per-office board that stays readable at any roster size, a spreadsheet, and a calendar file that carries the doctor, the office, and the rotation. Your scheduler keys it in once, and the template is set.

It sees the whole clinic, not one doctor

Add every provider, give each one their own days, visit mix, and office. ClinicStudio merges them into one week so you can read the whole clinic at once, including the number the front desk actually cares about: how many patients arrive each hour, so you know when to put a second person at check-in. Run more than one location and it keeps each office's schedule and staffing separate.

A built clinic week focused on one office, several providers each in their own color lane, appointments evenly spaced.
One office's week, every provider side by side in their own lane, evenly spaced, lunch protected.

It handles the things that actually break a clinic day

One OCT, three doctors who all want it at 9:10. A retina provider who is at the satellite one week and the main office the next. A front desk that floods at 8am and sits quiet by 3. ClinicStudio plans around all of it: tell it what equipment is shared and it never double-books the machine across doctors; set a provider to alternate offices every other week and the calendar, month view, and printouts all land them at the right place on the right date; and every build tells you the busiest hour and how many people to put at check-in, per office, at a pace you set.

A setup panel listing shared equipment, and a schedule board where two doctors' OCT visits are staggered through the day and never stacked at the same minute.
Shared equipment, protected: two doctors' OCT visits staggered through the day, never stacked on the one machine.
A front-desk staffing readout showing the busiest hour, how many people to put at check-in, and a control to set the per-person pace.
The front desk, in plain numbers: the busiest hour and how many people to put at check-in, at a pace you set.

Why there is no integration, and why that is the point

No major practice management system exposes a way for outside software to write a schedule template. That is true of every vendor, and therefore of every competitor. So ClinicStudio does the honest thing: it produces a clean build sheet your scheduler enters once, and it never touches your practice management system at all.

The upside is significant. ClinicStudio holds no patient data, so it does not connect to your systems, does not require a business associate agreement, and does not add a new place for a breach to happen. It works with slot shapes and counts, never with people. Your work stays in your own browser, on your own computer.

It looks like your practice, in about five seconds

Type in your website address and ClinicStudio picks up your colors and logo, so the sheet you hand your staff and the page you print look like they came from your organization, not from a software vendor. It is a small thing that makes the output usable on day one.
